Modifying Orders

Once an order has been placed we cannot modify or combine orders without charging an administration fee as the cost to consumer of our products does not include excess overheads.

Dahlia Tubers

All Dahlia tubers are grown and divided here on our farm by us and we adhere to strict labelling in our field and during storage to ensure customers receive tubers correct to their orders. Dahlia tubers are checked for viability prior to postage. Woodend Flower Farm holds no responsibility for tuber care, storage, planting, or growing conditions once tubers have been posted. All orders are sent with a packing slip that displays a QR code link to our growing guide which contains general storage and growing advice.

Seeds

Seeds are selected and labelled in the field to ensure seeds collected are true to named plant parents. All of our seeds are open pollinated and are not intended for commercial use. Seed germination rates have not been tested and are not guaranteed. 

Fresh Cut Flowers

All of the flowers and foliage sold by our farm are grown and picked by us or foraged with permission on private land. Fresh cut flowers need to be ordered 24 hours in advance of pickup for custom bouquets, and 48 hours in advance for DIY buckets. Farm gate bouquets can be ordered in advance or paid for in cash at the farm gate stall during farm gate hours.

Early Tuber / Seed Sales and / or pre-orders

During our growing season we may estimate seed and tuber numbers and pre-sell such items to help us balance our workload and maintain a healthy  work / life balance. All early sales and pre-orders are made in good faith and with the expectation that we will be able to supply the item / product sold. Should we be unable to fulfil any items during early sales and / or pre-orders customers will be refunded in full for the item / product unable to be delivered, with the remainder of the order shipped in line with our shipping policy.

Should we overestimate our QV Cultivar tuber numbers, or suffer losses in storage all attempts will be made to supply healthy QV cultivar cuttings to customers receiving their order in non-quarantine states (VIC / SA). Should you not wish to receive a cutting in lieu of tubers please notify us via email.
