Returns
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to change of mind.
Dahlia Tubers
All Dahlia tubers that we sell are grown on our farm and are shipped from early September / October and are checked for viability prior to shipment. This includes orders placed during our early tuber sales so that we can ensure we are providing you with healthy viable tubers.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if you believe there is a problem with your order, so that we can evaluate the issue. Please note that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for any damages unless notified within 48 hours of parcel receipt / arrival at your post office.
Please be aware that Woodend Flower Farm is not responsible for the care of tubers once they have been shipped. The storage and / or growing conditions and care given to tubers once they have left our farm are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
To the best of our knowledge all of the Dahlias grown here on our farm are disease and virus free.
Seeds
All of our seeds are hand picked and hand processed by us on the farm. Our seeds are open pollinated and not intended for use in a commercial setting. Please note that all seed sales are final and we are not responsible for seed germination rates or storage once seeds have been posted.
Fresh Cut Flowers
We do not offer returns or exchanges for fresh cut flowers as they are a perishable product. Our flowers have a life expectancy of anywhere between 5 - 14 days depending on flower variety, and will begin to degrade as expected over this time frame. Our flowers are cut and conditioned to order to supply you with the freshest flowers we have available.
Refunds
If you have received dahlia tubers that have been clearly damaged during transit due to packing error at our farm - we will of course offer an option of refund or replacement (if available). As part of this process we will require high quality photos ( NOT VIDEO ) to be emailed for inspection. Please note that should you request a refund for change of mind - the item in question will need to be returned at the purchaser's expense for inspection before a refund can be processed, as per Australian consumer law.
Please note that damages that occur once your item has been delivered are not the responsibility of Woodend Flower Farm, and we are unable to replace tubers or seeds that have been damaged due to being left in the rain / not inserted correctly into your mailbox by your postman.
